The Kosovo issue seems still very troubled and hides stances which do not seems to be compatible with each others. Even though we have assisted at a fading up of open political and diplomatic conflicts, the issue is still highly controversial and it would represent one of the most challinging obstacles for a functioning regional cooperation in the Balkans.
